We're excited to welcome Request Group as the latest client in the Echo Studios family. Gordon M. runs a property services business in Melbourne that had been operating almost exclusively in the commercial space, working to tender and to contract rather than direct with homeowners.

Gordon wanted to open up residential work, where the customer base is broad and the enquiry comes straight from the homeowner. The challenge was that he had zero residential presence: no leads, no pipeline, no digital footprint in that market.

What We're Building Together

We're building a complete commercial-to-residential pivot strategy through Echo Studios. The scope includes:

• A 44-page website designed to capture organic search traffic across every service area and service type
• A media day producing 10+ video testimonials from existing clients
• Targeted Facebook ad campaigns to drive residential leads
• CRM integration and automation for lead management
• SEO and content strategy to build long-term organic visibility

The goal is to take Gordon from zero residential leads to a consistent, self-sustaining pipeline he owns, with homeowners finding him directly.
